What we collect
The website does not use accounts, tracking cookies or advertising pixels. The stone video request form does not send anything to our servers: it prepares a message in your browser that you choose to send to us by email.

How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, send the videos and grading reports you ask for, and complete any purchase you make. We do not sell or rent your information.
Third parties
Our site is hosted by Hostinger, and our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. Our email is provided by Hostinger.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email concierge@lurente.com.
